What is the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on scope, locations, and editing needs. Most video projects film in a half day to a few days, with editing typically taking 1 to 2 weeks. 360 walkthrough tours move faster, with capture completed in a few hours and the final interactive tour delivered within a few days.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
We lead the full process and handle the technical work end to end. Your role can be light or highly involved. We will align on goals, audience, key messages, and must have shots before filming, then share a clear plan for the day. During editing, we provide review points so you can give feedback without getting pulled into every detail.
How do we prepare our space for filming or a 360° tour?
A little prep makes a big difference. We can handle it all, from wardrobe coordination and talent casting to cleaning, staging, and styling each scene before we shoot. If you prefer to prep internally, we recommend cleaning and decluttering, turning on all lights, and staging key areas with intention. For 360 tours, consistency matters, so we plan tidy surfaces, balanced lighting, and a clear path through the space to keep the tour feeling seamless.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions are part of the process. We include a set number of feedback rounds to refine the final result, typically focused on pacing, selects, text, and simple color and audio adjustments. Larger changes like new scenes, major restructuring, or additional shooting can be added with a clear scope and cost.
What do we receive at delivery?
For video, we deliver a final high resolution master plus web ready exports sized for your website, social platforms, and other digital channels. For 360 tours, we can export website ready files for your site so you can control styling, CSS, and viewer presentation, and we can support the launch. If you prefer, we can also host the tour and provide an interactive link or embed code.
